Legal
These terms govern your access to and use of Merge Drive, including our website, web app and Android app.
Effective date: October 7, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone who visits mergedrive.com or uses the Merge Drive web app at app.mergedrive.com or the Merge Drive Android app (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by TeamSlice (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Merge Drive lets you connect your own Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and Dropbox accounts and work with them from one app. You can browse a merged view of all your clouds, search, preview, upload, create folders, rename, move, star, share, download and delete files, and restore items from Trash.
Your files remain stored with your cloud provider. Merge Drive acts on them only when you ask it to.
You keep all rights to your files. You grant us only the permission needed to display and act on your files at your request.
Actions you take in Merge Drive, such as rename, move or delete, are carried out directly in your cloud account. Please review them before confirming. When you share a file or folder with team members, you are responsible for making sure you are allowed to share it.
You agree not to:
Your use of Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox is also governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or their actions.
Merge Drive, including the website, apps, design, branding and documentation, is owned by TeamSlice or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your personal or internal business needs, subject to these Terms. Feedback you provide may be used by us freely without obligation to you.
We work to keep Merge Drive available and secure, but the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, TeamSlice is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data caused by actions you perform on your files through Merge Drive.
You can stop using Merge Drive at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@teamslice.ca. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Services or other users at risk.
We may change or discontinue features of the Services. We may also update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory local law. Courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited.
